From system uptime, to responsiveness and ease of use; our technical staff members deploy the latest tools available to quickly and efficiently solve any system issues. Current highlights include:

  • PMG’s core Medical Billing Applications have averaged an uptime in excess of 99.9% in 2007, a significant improvement from the 98% averaged in 2006.
  • PMG has implemented a new, secure file transfer site which utilizes dual factor authentication, and 128 bit encryption for optimal security.
  • PMG has integrated several new components into the network recently to better serve our clients. These include an EMC Storage Area Network (SAN), Cisco ASA Security Appliance, SPOTLIGHT diagnostics, and faster switching and routing equipment.
  • PMG deployed its network data analysis appliance which constantly monitors all key equipment to ensure their operating at peak performance.
  • PMG currently exceeds all HIPAA regulations regarding network and data security.
