Raymond T. Jorgensen, MS, CPC - President Raymond T. Jorgensen is President and Co-Founder of Priority Management Group, Inc. (PMG). Ray is responsible for oversight and management of consulting operations as well as coding, reimbursement, and payer related issues for the out-sourced billing component of PMG's services. He has personally trained thousands of providers from over 35 states on coding, billing, and reimbursement. Ray also oversees all publications and chart audits performed by PMG and acts as a coding liaison to state medical societies and specialty organizations. Ray's health care experience and education is unique in that he was schooled by the payers. Having worked for Blue Cross and Blue Shield as well as United HealthCare Corporation, primarily in professional relations and contracting, Ray has an understanding and perspective on the payer's objectives and process unlike other medical business consultants groomed from the provider side. In addition to PMG management responsibilities, Ray may be found providing consultative services and seminars on a variety of health care topics including, but not limited to, procedural and diagnostic coding, encounter and exam form development, charge and fee evaluation/setting, practice financial indicators, compliance program development, and general reimbursement management. He continues to develop regional and national affiliations and contacts to keep PMG's client base well informed of new regulations and guidelines. Ray received his undergraduate degree from the College of the Holy Cross (Worcester, MA) and his Masters in Management from Northeastern University (Boston, MA). Ray is also a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) through the American Academy of Professional Coders based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Richard Santilli, CPA - Executive Vice President of Administration and Finance With almost ten years of public accounting experience specializing in health care, Rich is well-versed in the challenging issues facing clinicians in this ever-changing market. Individual, corporate and partnership taxation, as well as auditing, financial, A/R, and billing evaluations are just a sampling of Rich's skill set. As Vice President of Administration, Rich meets with billing clients monthly to review productivity and financial data to ensure that accounts receivable data is in a desirable range and to discuss variances. Rich also oversees the day to day operations at PMG with particular oversight of the individual PMG billing staff, weekly meetings to review unpaid claims, and overall adherence to policies and compliance. Robert Skeffington, CHBME - Executive Vice President of Marketing and Technology Robert's ten-year history in marketing management and health care systems consulting has well positioned him as an expert in the field of health care technology. Robert's work and relationships in the forty-eight contiguous United States has afforded him a breadth of knowledge on market trends, client needs, system applications, and unique solutions to the myriad of challenging, yet not uncommon, issues facing health care providers of varying specialties. Robert is committed to presenting existing and prospective clients with genuine, forthright evaluations of their systemic options even in the unlikely event that PMG is not the recommended solution. Aside from oversight of all the technology staff, Robert is also responsible for the development, implementation and marketing of new services across PMG's product lines.
